A people-powered movement

What began in 2022 as a small group of committed advocates has grown into a Coalition of more than 50 organizations united around a shared mission: building an affordable, reliable, fossil-free clean energy future for Wisconsin.

The coalition is led by representatives from our member organizations, guiding the Coalition’s strategic direction and campaign priorities. These leaders ensure the work championed by the Coalition reflects the full diversity of Wisconsin's communities, geographies and lived experiences.

Equity is embedded and woven in throughout all of our work thanks to the leadership of the Wisconsin Ecojustice Base Builders (WEBB). The WEBB is a Black and Brown-led statewide organizing network building community power for energy democracy, healthy homes, food sovereignty, and ecological justice.
